Job Overview We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and communication materials. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
Roles And Responsibilities - Create visually appealing designs for marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through all design materials
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure the designs are innovative and up-to-date
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the design team by sharing knowledge and ideas
