Job description
Responsibilities
- Speak with potential clients on the phone and explain them about the gym. Note down all relevant
- information and enter it in the computer.
- Meet and greet new members at the club.
- Do a detailed club tour and explain the member about all the various features/benefits of the gym.
- Have ability to understand what the client is looking for and then pitch the required services.
- Ensure existing members issue are addressed
- Make cold calls and follow up on leads.
- Explain with great passion on the benefits of fitness.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers
- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills - High energy and extremely personable.
- Candidate personality should be Extrovert.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Flexible working hours especially during presale.
- Basic college degree with passion for fitness
- Ability to enter data in the computer.
- Build rapport with the members.
- Some experience in fitness industry is preferred
