Job description

1. To monitor the appropriate storage condition and day to day cleaning of stores area.
2. To see that FIFO (First In, First Out) system is maintained while dispensing the materials. Also, intimate the Q.C. for retesting of materials onor before due dates.
3. To record Narcotic Materials in register.
4. To Ensure that Narcotic materials in Lock & Key Cupboard.
5. To restrict the entry of personnel in and out of stores.
6. To organize the materials at appropriate stage to respective stage area.
7. To keep control on the printed packaging materials and reconciliation of materials.
8. To keep control on the issuance of materials to production.
9. Maintain Stock Register and records of all activities and processes pertaining to the storehouse.
10. To ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner.
11. Follow all safety codes. Place all Drums on Pellets or Rack.
