We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will manage the entire marketing and corporate communication functions of the company.
This role comes with a primary focus on digital brand marketing (60-70%) and a secondary responsibility for conventional marketing/BTL activities (30-40%).
S/He will be responsible for developing strategy and vision for the firm inline with its business goals. S/he will set-up and oversee a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals. Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing and governing the complete marketing function within Aerem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and execute a comprehensive digital brand marketing strategy, encompassing various
online channels, to enhance Aerems online presence and visibility.
SUMMARY
Act as the custodian of the Aerem brand, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all
marketing materials and touchpoints.
Define and communicate the core value proposition, aligning it with our positioning strategy
to strengthen our market position.
Create digital marketing strategies on SEO, Social media management and performance
marketing and manage the team executing them.
Establish Aerem as a thought leader in the industry through content creation and thought
leadership initiatives, including podcasts.
Manage PR efforts for Aerem, both in-house and through external PR agencies, to enhance
the firms public image and media coverage.
Represent Aerem at various industry associations such as FICCI and CII to build valuable
relationships and enhance brand visibility.
Lead the creation and management of marketing content, including copywriting and longform content, to support marketing campaigns.
Identify relevant industry conferences and events to participate in and manage sponsorships
to increase brand exposure.
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing videos to communicate key messages effectively.
Assess competition strategies, pricing, products etc.
Work with business units (sales and channel) for top class engagement, marketing and
generate leads.
Requirements:
Preferably a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in
Marketing or Communications.
Possesses 6-8 years of professional work experience.
Demonstrated expertise in both Digital Marketing and Below The Line (BTL) marketing
strategies.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to define and communicate a compelling value
proposition.
Proven track record of building and effectively managing a diverse team of marketing
professionals, encompassing offline, digital, and graphic design specialists.
Previous experience in B2B marketing and industry-specific knowledge is considered a
