Job Description :

- We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, SEM, and proven lead-generation capabilities on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities :

1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, especially on LinkedIn.

- Create a content calendar aligning with marketing objectives and brand messaging.

2. SEO and SEM :

- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.

- Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines.

3. Paid Advertising :

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.

4. Social Media Management :

- Execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.

5. Brand Messaging :

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy.

6. Analytics and Reporting :

- Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

- Generate regular reports with key performance indicators and actionable insights.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation for social media.

- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.

- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

- Proficient in social media analytics tools.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
