Job description
Main responsibilities and duties of the role :- Ensure that IT control framework for the activities under the CIO responsibilities across APAC locations are aligned to the global framework.- Propose and create tools to monitor and improve the IT activities or processes.- Participate in the KPI definition and implementation for IT using Business Intelligence tools.- Follow up the IT activity indicators and setting up the corresponding report/dashboard.- Propose some automation and optimization on the IT governance perimeter.- Assisting in finding practical and cost-effective solutions to identified or revealed risk issues.- Assisting of building and maintaining positive working relationships and effective means of communication with other teams or departments- Help to ensure the IT systems are correctly fill in/use (REFA, Cockpit, SNOW,.)- Participate and contribute to the Governance meetings.- Assist the APAC Head of governance on the CIO governance topics.- Develop on-going technology risk reporting, monitoring key trends and defining metrics to regularly measure control effectiveness.- Participating in the IT Business Process Improvement and contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and identify potential opportunities for improvement.- Adhere to, advise, oversee, monitor and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies.- Influence behavior to foster a strong governance culture throughout the D&T department.- Participate in the incident/problem/Change management and follow up.- Participate in the management of the IT staff movement process- Participate in the budget monitoring and control.Technical skill requirements :- Be familiar with IT environment - Knowledge in Power BI, Alteryx, Excel advanced features (pivot table, Diagram...) and PowerPoint to be able to create, setup and present Dashboard, report for KRI.- Sound trouble shooting skills with ability to communicate to IT and business users- Ability to create reports on Business Intelligence tools- Ability to explore, develop and adapt using automation tools (Alteryx)- Fluent in EnglishJob Qualification (education, years of experience and other soft skills) :- Bachelor's degree (information technology, computer science or a related field)- At least 1 years of professional working experience in banking (or in a highly regulated environment)- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective trustworthy relationships with the IT department- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to articulate complex IT problem in simple business terms- Excellent problem solving and self-management skills in order to solve technical problems and successfully handling management information, collection, analysis, reports, etc.- Demonstrated ability to participate large projects and initiatives.- Audit or controls background a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
