1. Experience working in digital teams, specifically in e-commerce
2. Capabilities in writing digital content across media types that drives engagement and online sales
3. Commercial experience working in a content environment, preferably with client-side e-commerce experience
4. Experience of running a content and UX optimization programmes
5. Experience of using web analytics and content management tools
