What are we looking for

Job Description for a Manager of Sales and Customer Success

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition to build lasting relationships.
• Cultivate and maintain strong ties with existing clients in the staffing industry, understanding their needs and collaborating with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional staffing services, and qualifying candidates through comprehensive screenings and assessments.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and evaluate qualified candidates, acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert guidance on staffing solutions.
• Deliver regular reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities, while working closely with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales or Account Manager in the US staffing industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes in the US geography.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, showcasing strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ready to work from Kochi Office and also in EST Time Zone.
