Role: Strategy Associate The Strategy Associate will help drive major strategic growth initiatives and will help drive better understanding of our clients. As part of the Strategy team, the Strategy Associate will undertake a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including: · Contribute to define and implement key growth strategies · Analyse market conditions, trends and competitive developments · Formulate recommendations by analyzing relevant business sensitive internal data and external information · Identify opportunities to generate new revenue stream and expand existing businesses (new service lines, new platforms, new technologies, and extensions including new partnerships, adjacent and new market penetration) · Assist our leadership team in enhancing the business · Assist with M&A integration activities · Identify and evaluate internal and external opportunities Beyond working within the Corporate Strategy group, the Strategy Associate will interact with Corporate Executives at the most senior levels and will work on varied projects across all of UST businesses. As a result, she or he will have the opportunity to obtain extensive international strategy and operational skills, beyond what might be available in traditional Software Services firms. Requirements: The most important criteria are MBAs from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-schools with 5-8Yrs of experience with a Management Consulting firm or with a Strategy group in a company, excellent communication skills and curiosity and interest. We are looking for experienced Management or Strategy Consultants to join the team, with: Strategic thinking ability, with experience in analyzing and solving complex problems. Ability to work with and analyze data sets to derive actionable insights. Ability to prepare well-structured storylines to deliver the insights in an impactful manner. Ability to work with senior stakeholders, demonstrating maturity and impeccable professionalism. Ability to manage issues and/or assignments with time sensitive deadlines. Ability to address horizontal strategic issues that have a broad impact across the organization. Growth mindset with willingness to continuously learn more and push the boundaries.Job tags
