Service Sales AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Manager


Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time

Department: Sales

Experience:

7 plus years of work experience in Direct sales B2B sales/Corporate sales/Enterprise Sales.

Extensive Experience in the IT Infrastructure product catering to networking and AVBRI products along with data centre and IP telephony solutions.

Working with OEM s like (HP Dell Lenovo Apple Cisco Gunnebo Palo Alto Barco CommScope Avaya Microsoft Creston Polycom Logitech Plantronics Aruba etc.

Identify potential customers and generate leads for annual maintenance contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Accounts.

Conduct market research to understand Clients needs and preferences.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Present and promote maintenance contract offerings to clients through various channels such as phone calls emails meetings and presentations.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with Clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the contract duration.

Address clients inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about contract coverage pricing and terms.

Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support and service delivery to ensure efficient contract implementation and service delivery.

Monitor contract performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or contract renewals.

Requirements

Requirements:

Graduate

Proven track record in Sales of Services from IT Hardware Products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office applications.
