Job description
A Personal care brand seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to join our team and take charge of managing brands across various Indian marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about ecommerce, have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, and have excellent relationship management skills.
Mission : To drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and launch new brands in both Indian and International marketplaces.
Responsibilities - Relationship Management: a. Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at Indian marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and others. b. Act as the primary point of contact for all marketplace-related inquiries, and escalations.
- Drive Revenue Growth: ( 1.3 cr per month to 3 Cr per month ) a. Develop and execute strategies to improve organic ranking and visibility of Skinkraft & Vedix products on different marketplaces. b. Analyze marketplace data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization. c. Implement pricing & promotion strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- New Brand Launch: ( 25% of revenue coming from Marketplaces) a. Lead the successful launch of new brands in both Indian and international marketplaces, from ideation & listing to pricing & deals. b. Develop & execute go-to market strategy along with cross-functional teams like graphics, procurement, marketing & operations for successful launch. c. Drive growth & meet the revenue targets on different marketplaces.
- Smooth Operations Flow: a. Work closely with the operations and procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels and regional fulfillment. b. Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or excesses, and implement strategies to maintain balanced stock levels.
- Make monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts with 95% accuracy
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indian ecommerce landscape and experience working with major marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, launching new brands/products, optimizing operations, and managing profitability and expenses in ecommerce marketplaces.
