Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the technical aspects of our product development. You will lead a team of talented engineers collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to the creation of cuttingedge technology products. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical expert with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to the development team guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle.
Mentor the development team in identifying and resolving complex issues.
Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and develop technical specifications.
Design and develop scalable solutions enforce coding guidelines and perform coding with the Team.
Envisioning architectural scheme information structure features functionality and user interface design.
Distribute the development work following agile methodology
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality adherence to coding standards and the use of best practices.
Implement and maintain robust testing processes to guarantee the reliability and stability of the product.
Ensure project delivery as per the defined quality standards acceptance criteria and schedule.
Optimization of database designs and queries on a regular basis
Auditing of product security multiple device support and data protection on regular basis
Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends and encourage the team to do so.
Skills:
Strong knowledge and working exposure on any of the JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Node.js)
Good handson experience with Redux
Familiarity with databases Postgres Redis No SQL Database ElasticSearch
Knowledge of GraphqlPrismaSocket ioAzureElasticsearch and Microservice is a must.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and task breakdown management
Good handson experience of cloud providers like Azure and Digital Ocean
Good handson experience with Apache Kafka and ElasticSearch
Good handson experience with TexttoSpeech
Knowledge of OpenAI will be beneficial.
Familiar with agile practices
Must have excellent communication skills.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Having handson experience in Technical documentation
Knowledge of Stripe payment gateway will be beneficial
