POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Social Media Manager at Shrey Sporting Goods, you will be the driving force behind our online presence. You will craft and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engage our passionate community of athletes, and drive sales. Your role will involve creating captivating content, fostering audience interactions, and analyzing data to optimize our social media performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with Shrey's mission and target audience.
- Content Creation: Generate compelling and shareable content, including photos, videos, and written posts, tailored for various social media platforms.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build strong relationships with our online community to reinforce brand loyalty.
- Content Calendar: Manage and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotion.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse social media advertising campaigns, allocating budgets effectively for maximum impact.
- Analytics: Monitor and assess social media performance through data analysis, providing regular reports and insights to enhance strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, adapting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the sports or athletic industry.
- Profound knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
