Job description

As a Marketing Specialist at Spring, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the platform's visibility, generate leads, and foster partnerships.

This role involves creating a strong social media presence, and PR, executing lead-generation campaigns, establishing partnerships with associations, and managing branding and marketing communications. The Marketing Executive will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strong PR plan on the core appeal of the quiz, the ubiquity of quizzing as an engagement and fun tool, and how Spring can help in the cause. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content for various social media platforms and monitor performance analytics. Design and implement lead generation campaigns to drive traffic and sign-ups on the platform. Identify and establish partnerships with industry associations, influencers, and complementary businesses. Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives and co-branded content. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity for the SaaS platform. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Develop and execute marketing communication plans, including email campaigns, newsletters, and press releases. Create engaging and informative content to communicate platform updates, features, and success stories. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A passion for quizzing more than helps; probably a prerequisite!! Basic appreciation of Saas platform B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in social media management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
