JOB DESRIPTION
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
3. Up sell other products wherever possible.
4. Ensure you follow the customer services script provided by the company for uniformity.
5. You shall follow the standard HR policy of AHPL. You shall have to adhere to the company’s
polices and guidelines which may be issued from time to time.
6. Maintain good customer relations.
7. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
8. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
9. Write and submit timely reports on performance,
