Job Overview:

As a Technology Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technology and business functions within the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project teams, and IT professionals, to drive the successful implementation of digital initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, identifying technology solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation and digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Alignment:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation and align technology strategies to support business goals. Technology Strategy:

Develop and execute technology strategies that enable the digital transformation roadmap. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. Project Management:

Lead and participate in digital transformation projects from conception to implementation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and IT professionals to foster effective communication and collaboration. Act as a liaison between the business and technology teams. Solution Identification:

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and recommend appropriate technology solutions that address business challenges and opportunities. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital transformation initiatives and devise mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Change Management:

Support change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through the adoption of new technologies and processes. Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the performance and effectiveness of digital solutions, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Vendor Management:

Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions and services. Thought Leadership:

Contribute to thought leadership by staying up-to-date with industry best practices and sharing insights on digital transformation opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Technology Business Partner, Digital Transformation Manager, or similar role. Solid understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing, data analytics, IoT, AI/ML, and mobility solutions. Experience in Retail / Malls as a desirable. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering technology projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and recommend appropriate technological solutions. Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within a large organization is a plus.
