Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Working and managing the monthly payroll input to the payroll vendor and act as a bridge between different stakeholders to drive the payroll for entire India employees.
• Onboarding of new employees.
• Conducting Background checks for new joiners and employees.
• SPOC for compliance related activities for India. Working with the vendor and ensuring that Simeio as an organization is compliant in all regards.
•Good to have - experience in Immigrations
