Job description

Duties and Responsibilities    
•    Working and managing the monthly payroll input to the payroll vendor and act as a bridge between different stakeholders to drive the payroll for entire India employees.
•    Onboarding of new employees.
•    Conducting Background checks for new joiners and employees.
•    SPOC for compliance related activities for India. Working with the vendor and ensuring that Simeio as an organization is compliant in all regards.
•Good to have - experience in Immigrations
Required Skills    

•    Responsibility for supporting the organization with administrative tasks for onboarding, contracting, and talent management in HRIS. Ensuring business meets local and international employment laws.
•    Working to manage and improve HR Operations workflows that support the team and the broader organization.
•    Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
•    Ensuring the integrity of HR data.
•    Participating in additional HR Ops-related projects.
