As a Landscaping Architect, your primary responsibilities will involve creating detailed plans utilizing CAD software, engaging in meaningful consultations with customers to understand their specific requirements, and preparing comprehensive contracts to ensure the successful completion of necessary work.

Responsibilities

• Draw up reports and contractsWrite proposals and present them to clientsLiaise with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyorsSpeak to locals and community members to gain insightConsider environmental factors, such as energy availabilityPrepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design (CAD) softwarePrepare cost estimates and oversee the project's budget

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Landscaping Architect or similar rolePractical experience with CAD softwareGood creative flair and imaginationThe ability to respond well to feedbackStrong understanding of written and verbal specificationsRelevant training and/or certifications as a Landscaping Architect
