Job description

This is a requirement is for Oracle Financial Services Finergy division. We are a part of Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGIU) business unit and our specialized solutions address the unique business needs of banking and financial institutions, enabling them to make more informed business decisions and serve customers better.

We are looking for a resource with 10+ yrs of providing support for Alteryx

Required Experience/Skill Set: Strong written and oral communication skills.
5-8 years application support experience.
Proficient in Java development & troubleshooting
Proficient in Linux, Windows platforms
Proficient in RMDBS and noSQL databases
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Promethesus

Work in a 24.7 environment and must be willing to working from office and weekend shifts

Responsibilities include :
- Incident and problem management.
- cross functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time
- vulnerability management. Ensure vulnerability are reported and remediated on time.
- Release management. Support release planning, implementation and post-production support
- Monitoring. Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting.
- Incident Management. Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated and resolved by SLA
