Job description

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding visa-related inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the application process, requirements, fees, and timelines.

Assist customers with completing visa applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately filled out and submitted.

Follow up with customers via outbound calls to provide updates on their visa applications or to request additional information if required.

Address customer concerns, issues, or complaints professionally and efficiently, aiming to provide resolutions or escalate matters as necessary.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company's database or CRM system.

Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Adhere to company protocols, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards during all customer interactions.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in relevant fields is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Familiarity with CRM software or databases is advantageous.

Ability to adapt to changes in policies and procedures.

Fluency in additional languages may be beneficial but not mandatory.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
