We're looking for Operations Managers to join our team to help us expand on these portfolios.

Team Leader Duties And Responsibilities

A team leader has to perform a variety of duties to ensure that the team operates smoothly and work towards achieving the company's objectives. Here are some of their essential duties and responsibilities:

• Setting their team's goals and communicating them effectively
• Developing and implementing plans and strategies
• Delegating responsibilities to team members according to their expertise
• Resolving internal conflicts and boosting up the team's morale
• Using key metrics to keep the track of team progress
• Managing and allocating the team's resources
• Guiding and training the team members

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
