Job Descripion :

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. Experience as a Software Developer with experience in multiple development languages and platforms delivering multiple commercially deployed products to market.

Requirements and General Skills:

Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills. Must be a confident communicator. Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, data interpretation and application implementation. Ability to play multiple roles within the software development lifecycle, specifically - Business Analyst, Developer and Tester.

Technical Skills:

Professional experience in programming languages like Python, VB Script, .NET, Ruby Java, Angular JS, REST, 1 – 3/ 3-5 / 5 – 7 (depending on the band) years of experience in ServiceNow development. ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments is required. Experience in designing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and components. Understanding ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub and experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON. Proficiency in JavaScript HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Experience with software collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, etc. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM or any other module is preferred. Knowledge of ITIL processes. ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus (CSA, CAD, CIS). Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
