The Role: The Candidate will be responsible for growing the Executive Search business of KNR and managing the overall P&L across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibility Areas: Acquiring New Clients across these regions India APAC, Middle East, Europe & Africa. Lead as SPOC and manage key key accounts/clients. Client servicing & and farming more business from existing clients globally. Prepare business and financial proposals and timelines as per the scope. Hold meetings with Senior HR Professionals and CxOs, understand client requirements, conduct preliminary market research and discuss findings with senior associates. Developing and harnessing the Key Relationships with Heads/CxOs in target organizations for new business development. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the manager. Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contracts with the client. Responsible for maintaining invoicing and collections. Touch base with the existing customer for new or repeat jobs regularly. Interfacing with clients and cultivating healthy corporate relations with them to secure repeat business. Explore newer markets for expanding the business horizons

Ability and Attributes Required: Exceptional research skills. Strong team management skills. Business is driven by interest in revenue and P&L management. Exceptional communication & and negotiation skills. Master’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field. Highly organized, disciplined and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver deadlines with attention to detail. Resourcefulness: Ability to pick up new information about industries, and people and be able to apply critical and independent thinking. Perseverance: Go-getter attitude, with a proven ability to work with complete integrity. Should be well acquainted with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
