The service offerings include Application Implementation, Managed Services and Customization development services for Oracle Financial Services Software Banking products.

Desired Skills & Experience

Primary Skills

• Experience in end-to-end Development/ Implementation/ Support activities covering expertise such as Design of customizations, Coding and Unit testing, performing Test cycle rounds including End of Days, Migrations and Integrations, Release management, Issue Tracking for Oracle FLEXCUBE / core banking products.
• You possess extensive, real-world experience crafting enterprise software and defining Solution Architectures and technology.
• Interact and connect with client's Technical Architecture teams, analyze design approaches, design and implement standard processes, evaluate project risks and implement recommendations.
• You participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings and solutioning workshops with the client and possess excellent client interaction skills in areas including presentation of solutions.
• You can guide and manage teams to deliver on sophisticated projects.
• You possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices related technologies, JavaScript, XML. Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Database (18c or 12c) is a plus.
• You have exposure and good technical knowledge on areas such as software deployment, fix on Application Server software especially Oracle Weblogic.
• Knowledge of Release methodologies and Source control tools
• Good skills on Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Powerpoint
• Good communication & documentation skills in English

Secondary Skills

• Extensive experience in programming using JAVA, SOA, Webservices, Reports and Middleware
• Software development processes and practices, DevOps tools, Testing tools
• Knowledge of Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, middleware such as Oracle Fusion SOA Suite

Experience

• Experience of 12to 16years with at least 8 years in primary skill areas
• Experience in development and / or implementation and / or support of core banking applications.

Educational and Other Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science is an added advantage!

Work Environment

• Work at offshore as well as travel to client locations and work in shifts as defined by project needs.
• Should be willing to take up FLEXCUBE and other certifications in functional and technical areas as and when required.
• Work in high pressure, fast paced and exciting environment
• Great teammate
• Should be able to work on shifts on rotation basis based on project needs.
