1. Primary Skillset: UNIX & Linux Support Engineer
   
2. Detailed Skills: AIX, LINUX, HPUX and Storage Technologies
   
3. Experience : 10+ years in Unix and Storage Infrastructure management
   

General Skill Sets

- Candidate with banking experience in large scale environment 

- Should be able to work in fast phased environment

- Familiar and clear understanding of ITIL process 

- Should be able to work after office hours and weekends.

Technical Skill Sets

-Minimum of 6+ years of experience in patch management for UNIX, Linux and HP UNIX Patch

Management (OS, NON-OS)

- Exposure to large scale environments dealing with 1000+ servers

- Proficient in Patching IBM AIX, HPUNIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu and Cent OS

- Should be proficient in AIX OS Patching using NIM, Manual methods, Bigfix or any other tool

- Hands on experience in patch deployments using Redhat Satellite

- Understand and deploy patches to mitigate the vulnerabilities reported by Qualys patching tool.

- Hands on experience in patch deployments in all flavors of UNX / Linux on prem and on cloud.

- Should be able to handle the OS Upgrades and migrations

- Should be highly competent in patching and rollback

- Understand the problems and get quick solution.

- Should be fully familiar in Azure VM and VMware VM management

- Should be familiar in IBM Power Hardware, HP Itanitum, x86 Hardwares

- Experience with Shell scripting and Automation

- Experience with Firmware upgrades for Server hardware, HMC console, CMC and Power Enterprise

- Knowledge on Storage and J2EE Platforms (Websphere, Weblogic, Java, Tomcat, Jboss )
