Job Title: Digital Marketing Sr. Executive

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Business Development Manager /Director

Salary : 4 Lackhs CTC

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with overall business goals. Conduct market research to understand target audience, competitors, and industry trends.

2. Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Actively engage with followers, grow audience base, and run targeted social media advertising campaigns.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and on-page and off-page optimization to improve the company's organic search rankings. Stay updated with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm changes.

4. Content Marketing: Develop high-quality content for the company website, blog, email newsletters, and other online channels. This includes writing compelling product descriptions, articles, infographics, videos, and other engaging formats.

5. Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and services, and build customer loyalty.

6. Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborate with web developers on design and functionality improvements.

7. Paid Advertising: Manage paid search (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms, as well as display advertising and retargeting campaigns.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and other key metrics. Analyze data to draw actionable insights and optimize strategies for improved results.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with some exposure to the food industry.

3. Demonstrated proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and email marketing.

4. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

5. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Hindi or additional regional languages a plus.

7. Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for exploring innovative digital marketing techniques.

8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
