Business Transition and Transformation lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to business  strategy. Individual will provide significant impact on the our Manufacturing Division Shared Services  through complex environment, multiple deliverables, provides advice and counsel related to Shared Services transition and transformation, operations, technology,  which will eventually enhance the performance and effectiveness of the function.
Key Responsibilities and Duties ·Empower a growth mindset and inspire a culture of continual learning that strives for greater quality, efficiency, and innovation, ultimately improving team productivity and work product ·Drive best in class transition processes within Shared Services ·Lead our Manufacturing Division SS transition and transformation activities. ·Drive operational excellence, process improvement and cost optimization ·Leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to grow our Manufacturing Division SS ·Lead a team of project managers effectively in and outside India Manages the selected business processes by providing governance, leadership, and end-to-end support (critical business decisions, changes that affect business processes, roles, and responsibilities) Transition ·Drive and gain alignment on the transition workstreams, dates, FTE etc. ·Ensure end to end ownership from identification of the workstream to Go Live and stabilization of the workstream ·Serve as the point of contact and acts as a resource for process(es) design and performance. ·Supports training, education, knowledge sharing and communication activities for the process. ·Maintains an effective interface with other relevant cross-functional and cross-divisional processes. ·Ensure the workstreams transitioned meet all audit, data security and other regulatory requirements, ·Performs necessary impact assessments on the regulatory information, collects and analyses regulatory intelligence that is required to develop a regulatory transition strategy and integrates it into cross-divisional planning. ·Drives and oversees transition planning activities, ensures high level accuracy, and minimizes disruptions by overseeing the connections between the different stakeholders. ·Secure continuous follow-up & interaction with  stakeholders on execution status and on tracking milestones’ achievements of the project plans. ·Drive the various Tier Level meetings on the our Manufacturing Division SS program ·  Transformation ·Drive process standardization before the transition internally or to the BPO ·Assess regularly the E2E process and lead or contribute to improvement or re-engineering/ simplification of the business process and related tools. ·Interprets and applies process objectives and performance metrics (establishing a baseline and trending), monitors and reports process performance against metric targets. ·Ensures process documentation updates and periodic revisions.   Operational Excellence ·Partner with the larger our Manufacturing Division organization on Ops Excellence activities ·Defines and tracks the performance of the functional activities and service level targets – Reporting and analytics ·Overall reporting of the progress of the program and operational metrics performance ·Owns the governance model of Operations within our Manufacturing Division SS team (does not include BPO scope)·Drive continuous improvement, efficiency within operations ·FTE analysis to be reviewed on periodic basis / as per need ·Ensure availability, regular review of Process maps and SOP’s ·Support the operations teams with continuous improvement projects ·Maintain close and seamless working relations with all stakeholders. ·This position will manage a team of project managers. ·Drive automation Stakeholder feedback QUALIFICATIONS ·Bachelor’s/ Master’s ·Handled multiple complex and large scale transitions ·Done transitions in Manufacturing organization. Pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage ·Having Project Management  certification – PMP etc. will be an advantage ·Used and implemented various process improvement tools such as Kaizen, FMEA, Value Stream Mapping etc. ·Understanding of Operational Excellence principles, ability to work through the matrix approach in a culturally diverse environment, learning agility, resilience, and emotional intelligence. ·Good organizational skills with a proven ability to simultaneously balance diverse activities for multiple projects. ·Strong interpersonal/communication skills and capacity to work across the geographies with the high number of stakeholders. ·Detail oriented, problem solving, ability to accelerate the decision-making process, project management skills (providing guidance to others in task completion and on-time deliverables)·People management, innovative mindset and design thinking skills. ·Ability to work in a matrix organization, and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with others across all levels of the organization The ideal candidate is preferred to have the following skills and experience: ·15-20 years’ experience managing operations/services/ manufacturing in large MNC’s ·Of the experience minimum 10 years in transition and transformation for large MNC’s
