JOB DESCRIPTION Supervisor to oversee ELRC operations by efficient people planning, process monitoring to meet production targets. QUALIFICATION Diploma in Electrical and Electronics and having experience of 4-year on Li-Ion Battery services, Repair and Production,Industry – Automotive, electronics consumer goods, Battery production. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily basis Rework planning & Manpower allocation. Responsible to implement & maintain 5S in shopfloor. Able to understand assembly process and battery technology. Technical Knowledge on solving problems on spot. Execute Rework quantity as per plan. Completion of Rework schedule in timely manner with all quality parameters. Maintain Discipline in the line and develop teamwork. Train new manpower and Multiskilling of existing manpower. Ensure accident-free environment by complying with EHS requirements. Maintain all the zero brake-down and Ensure calibration of instruments. Should be active member of Kaizen activity. Lead daily meetings and update the status. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. Enforces company policies and guidelines. Material follow up and Work in progress (WO, MRS, MIS, FG, etc) DESIRED SKILLS Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role Experience in Li Ion battery manufacturing, repair and data analysis. Advanced skills in MS Office and Excel Organizational and leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills Location : Bijwasan, Delhi Note : Flexible to work on shift.Job tags
