Job Requirement:
- Candidate with B.E/B.Tech /Diploma Mechanical with 12-13 years+ experience into QA- QC for heavy equipments, pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc.
Job Role:
- Knowledge of good engineering practices, reading of fabrication drawings, sequence of operations for on- time delivery welding, documentation like WPS, PQR, WQR, QAP, NDT procedures, etc. is essential.
- Should be able to lead senior quality control engineers along with production engineers amicably to reach company’s targets.
- Should be able to boost the company’s image in the market by quality and prompt deliveries
- He should have a flair for developing standard operating procedures to be followed for each stage of quality control by quality control engineers and workmen, etc.
- Must have good control of computer applications for trekking, reviewing, reporting to top management.
- Should have ability to liase with other departments of company like planning, design, marketing, production, HR, finance as required for execution of orders.
- Should be able to handle quality surveyors, third party inspection agencies, customers’ representatives.
