Responsibilities: Market Research: - Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. - Summarize and present research findings to support strategic decision-making. Content Creation: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels. - Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and website content. Social Media Management: - Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. - Stay informed about social media trends and propose creative ideas for campaigns. Digital Marketing: - Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing. - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts. Event Coordination: - Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences. - Coordinate logistics, manage event materials, and assist in post-event analysis. Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies. - Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Qualifications: - Masters in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing. - Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools is a plus. - Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Job tags
