Job description
| Scope Of Work. | Primary | Shared Across Functionally |
| . Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub - groups of the department assigned to him/her . Establish norms for various departmental activities. . Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours . Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual . Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations . Review Hydraulic calculation of network lines | .Lead, Guide, Assist the Process Engineering Team & other Project Team members to execute contract activities. . To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to team. . Ensuring that all work performed complies fully with all applicable codes , regulations and standards as well as company design standards and client requirements . Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram | |

| To liase with Job Engineers and other discipline Lead Engineers, Project manager & Project Engineering manger | Clients(via PEM/PE)Prospective Clients (via Proposals and PEM )Vendors (via PEM/PE or appropriate fellow JEs ) | |
| Key Result Areas. | . Review of LE approved documents depending on the criticality . Verifying and reviewing the 3D Model developed by piping department . Review of the following documents . Engineering execution plan including engineering work schedule, Design criteria & Procurement schedule . Proper and timely execution of projects in process department . Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget , project plan and man hours allotted . Development & Growth of employees in the department . Support to other disciplines in execution of projects |
