Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: Medical Devices/Surgical/Pharmaceutical

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / M-com / CA Intermediate

Experience: 0-1 years

Salary: Commensurate with Experience & Qualification

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to our accounts department's success. Joining a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial records. 

 

Responsibilities:  

● Record Business Transactions: Execute the posting and processing of journal entries to accurately capture all business transactions

● Invoice Management: Efficiently handle the posting and processing of all vendor invoices to streamline financial operations

● Bank Account Oversight: Perform daily updates and reconciliation of the company's bank account to maintain financial integrity

● ERP Maintenance: Ensure meticulous recording of accounting entries in the company's ERP system

● Transaction Recordkeeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all accounting transactions for reference and audit purposes

● Support Closings: Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings to facilitate accurate financial reporting

 

  Candidate requirements:  

● Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and Tally for effective accounting procedures.

● Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

● Tax and Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of TDS and GST regulations.

● Accounting Fundamentals: Have a foundational knowledge of accounting principles.

● Learning Orientation: Display a willingness to learn and contribute to the organization's growth.

● Certification Advantage: Any certification in Tally and MS Excel is a valuable plus.

● Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and administrative / governance procedures

● Must be able to effectively operate in a PC environment, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Internet data search utilities

● Fluency/good command of English

● Proficiency in MS Office

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ethical behavior and high level of integrity

● Team player and takes ownership
