Main Responsibilities:

• In developing pre-primary curricula and programs, the coordinator evaluates such materials each year to discern the proper measures to take in the coming school year.
• Responsible for completing grant applications in accordance with grant compliance and requirements.
• Organization of student selection for the pre-primary program.
• As coordinator, coordinates staff development for pre-primary educators.
• The maintenance of records for pre-primary curriculum and programs is the responsibility of the pre-primary coordinator.
• With members of the administration, she assists in analyzing data for student achievement.
• The pre-primary coordinator also recommends teachers and instructional assistants and helps the principal evaluate these staff members.

Qualifications and skills

3+ years experience in event management

Bachelors degree or Masters degree along with Teaching Certificate (EECE/ D. ED/ D.EL.ED) required

Advanced knowledge of Exhibit Force software

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Familiarity with trade show and event policies and protocols

Basic knowledge of catering practices

Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills
