Job description
1) Should be able to build Subsystem and Full Vehicle models for Ride and Handling Simulations, Mechanisms Analysis and Durability load generation.
2) Should have basic understanding of Vehicle systems (Mainly Chassis, Steering, Suspension and Tires)
3) Should be able to do simulations for Suspension Kinematic and Compliance, Ride and Handling, Durability load generation and Mechanism simulations
4) Should have good post processing skills to validate simulation results
5) Should be able to recommend design changes to meet performance targets
6) Should be to do correlation of simulation results with Lab and Vehicle Test
7) Should have good Engineering fundamentals - Theory of Machine, Strength of materials and Applied mechanics
8) Experience using programming languages for engineering data analysis with specific codes including MATLAB, C++, Visual Basic, or similar languages.
(9) Should have knowledge of different Dynamics loadcases for Suspension and Full vehicle evaluation for Electric and IC based vehicles.
(10)Should be able to Conduct Load Generation for Durability - Subsystem and full vehicle level.
6-8 Years in Automotive Vehicle Dynamics using ADAMS Software
