Job description
Assist in Sales Team Management
- Support Sales Team with the availability of collaterals to aid sales
- Support sales team logistics for events
- Interdepartmental collaboration e.g: Bills processing, Invoices
- Track Agreements, Outstandings, Billing etc.
- Submit vendor invoices to the finance department for timely payment
Planning and Execution of BTL Activities
- Identify a Marketing roadmap for the Admissions cycle, break it up into monthly & quarterly objectives and prepare MIS to indicate achievements, gaps and course-correction.
- Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, seminars, on-campus events), promotions (pamphlets / inserts, brochures, pole boards, direction boards, hoardings etc.) and brand/service placement.
- Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness.
- Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
- Monitoring market activities (competitors).
- Coordinate with internal teams - creative, sales and external agencies/vendors to meet schedules in line with the road map.
- Facilitate partnerships, sponsorships with events and media properties to leverage the Brand promise to the target segments.
- Quality check & control on production of marketing collaterals, which would include but will not be limited to brochures, flyers, print ads, outdoor fabrication, road show set-ups, etc
Other Attributes:
- This role requires extensive onsite travel and regular vendor coordination for events/ATL/BTL promotion etc and requires flexibility and adaptability to various time zones and geographies.
Skills Required : CRM, Sales Coordination, BTL, Activations, Vendor Management,
Education/Qualification : BMS, BCom, BSc, MBA Marketing
Experience : 3 to 7 Years
