Job description

As part of exponential growth, we are seeking for dynamic talents to join the group for strategic commercial roles:-

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial "go to market" strategy for related products for the Asia Pacific markets to fulfil growth and annual profitability targets Meet and understand customers’ requirements (including technical specifications) in each market and translate the requirements to production and deliveries. Coordinate Production, Logistic, Technical and other relevant Departments on issues relating to Product Quality and Tracking Satisfaction. Drive coordination of global production and allocation Build positive business relationships with key accounts / customers for long-term business sustainability.

Job Requirements

At least 15 years of proven commercial track record Strong understanding of product knowledge and customer needs Strong in operations, demonstrated experience in managing the value chain from production to customers Experience to production team and manage mill/factory operations Commercially savvy with high business acumen Strong communication and presentation skills Good leadership and people management skills Sharp with numbers Open to extensive travel requirements Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin Bachelor degree in chemistry / engineering, MBA preferred
