Job description
Balkan Agricultural Company is a Bulgarian Jordanian joint investment located in Cairo, Egypt. The company is committed to producing high-quality products and uses the latest technologies and machinery from Catelli Food Technology to ensure the success of the operations. The staff is continuously trained and updated in new market breakthroughs to guarantee professional and smooth operations.
The Project Manager responsibilities are as follows:
1. Manage and supervise the construction of the project of the new factory and in Egypt.
2. Coordinate with the engineering consultant/ Architectural Designer for the same.
3. Inspect, assess and observe the Contractor civil work, MEP, Utilities… etc.
4. Monitor the project progress according the time schedule, and he should set the time frame and deadlines.
5. Submit Weekly and Monthly Report against the work progress.
Qualifications:-
1. B.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience in the same field with ( 5-7 years ).
3. Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD and Primavera.
4. Experience in cost management, projects budgeting and ( CAPEX and G&A Expenses )
5. Hold Certificates such as PMP.
