Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- DevOps Engineer
In this role, responsible for supervising project, Building, maintaining, and upgrading the deployment platforms releases across various platforms by closely coordinating with technology and project teams, ensuring the stability and efficiency of outputs according to clients%27 specifications and business needs.
Responsibilities
. Develop, implement, and maintain continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development processes in a high volume, mission-critical environment using Azure DevOps (ADO)
. Building, maintaining and upgrading the deployment platforms as well as system infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or ARM templets or PowerShell is a must.
. Experience with Automated Build Testing, Pipeline Templates, Git Repositories and PowerShell are required.
. Design & build messaging & event-driven architectures to support large-scale programs/projects.
. Utilize your expertise in Java EE, APIs, .Net, Cloud Platforms Programming, SQL server, Automation, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
. Understanding of Microsoft systems and the ability to perform end-to-end automation with tools such as Terraform, Azure Automation, Azure CLI, Azure biceps, Ansible, and PowerShell
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, applying strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
. Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to influence the adoption of new technologies within the organization.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, driving innovation and efficient use of resources.
. Act as a technical coach, sharing your expertise in Agile methodologies and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
. BE/ B Tech/ MCA / M Tech or equivalent
. Experience in Specialty Insurance Domain
. Valid Years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
Preferred qualifications
. Expertise in source control systems and their use in release management, branching, merging, and integration strategies. Using Git, Jira, Azure DevOps Repos, or GitHub
. Experience hosting web applications in IIS
. Experience with securing cloud applications and cloud monitoring
. Cloud computing concepts in Azure, VMs, Azure compute platform, RDFE, Elastic Scale
. Work in an Agile framework to identify and automate solutions that result in enhanced developer experience and increased developer productivity.
. Knowledge on SaaS and PaaS, Storage, Distributed Cache Cluster and Azure Administration
