Must have Proven 36 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients in the insurance sector.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and clients ensuring exceptional service.
- Leverage a wellestablished network with Chartered Accountants (CAs) to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Provide specialized advice on insurance solutions tailoring offerings to align with client needs and goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Source and acquire new business through proactive outreach networking and collaboration with CAs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends regulations and changes offering informed guidance to clients.
- Exceed sales targets through adept relationship management and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Proven 36 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the insurance industry.
- Robust network and connections with Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- Indepth knowledge of insurance products regulations and market trends.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Customercentric approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
