Role Description This is a full-time junior architect role located in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design and planning, drafting construction drawings and blueprints, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Junior Architect will also assist in overseeing project budgets, communicating with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other related software Excellent design and drafting skills and knowledge of building materials, construction details, and relevant codes and regulations Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment A keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure high-quality work Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus License to practice Architecture in India is a plusJob tags
