As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join our team.

Job Description:

As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial activities of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the construction or interior fitout industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and profitability.
2. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
3. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including analysis of key financial metrics and performance indicators.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
6. Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning initiatives, working closely with department heads to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
7. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.
8. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience.
2. Proven track record of success in financial management, preferably within the construction or interior fitout industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial governance.
6. Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
