Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building structures. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience as a Junior Architect.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architect with a focus on designing residential or commercial buildings
- Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes
- Ability to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Roles And Responsibilities - Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Evaluate building materials and select the appropriate ones for each project
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and zoning laws
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Perform site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design
