What We Look For In a Huemn

We are seeking a qualified Creative Director to join our team at Huemn, a cutting-edge studio management tech company. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and direction of our products and services. This includes managing and leading a team of designers and collaborating with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, be highly creative, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the creative vision and direction of our products and services
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to develop and execute creative strategies and campaigns
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the creative industry, incorporating them into our products and services
  • Manage and nurture relationships with vendors and external creative partners
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative assets
  • Spearhead the development of innovative and engaging digital experiences for our platform
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and enhance user experience
  • Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
