About The Team

The MES team in IT serves as the key driver to support TI capacity growth for the factory of the future. The team focuses on development and deployment of Siemens Opcenter MES for TI's Assembly and Test facilities across the globe, to help achieve TI's vision of making its factories 'smart, always-on and lights out'

About The Role/Job

Your role as Tech lead for Siemens Opcenter MES Camstar core / semicon suite is to lead the application development and delivery based on project timelines and business priorities

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery from technical and functional perspective
  • Lead a team of developers for a particular project in design, development, testing, validation, and deployment of the full scope
  • Lead the requirement analysis workshops together with a functional/domain consultant
  • Lead project specific technical and functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the overall delivery timelines and cost, escalate any deviations
  • Manage team competency, leading from front, handholding of team members, on the job development

JOB Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science Engg., Electrical & Electronics Engg. from a reputed institute.
  • 6-8 years' experience in Software development, Automation Integration, MES & related Software projects over complete project delivery lifecycle
  • Managed at least one enterprise level software delivery project end to end with own responsibility up to Go live and hypercare
  • Have an understanding of SemiCon manufacturing
  • Managed a team of 4 to 6 developers, is able to visualize, formulate, steer, and deploy complex projects
  • Good experience of working on Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB (proficient level), MS SSRS query building & reporting template design
  • Be a Team player, result-oriented with proven track record of time-bound quality deliverables
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, strong technical acumen, superior analytical and logical skills
