A leading manufacturer of Injection Moulded Plastic Kitchenware, Homeware and Furniture for various Consumer and Industrial application. Job Purpose To plan and carry out Sales and marketing activities, so as to maintain and develop sales in accordance with agreed business plans. Job Roles & Responsibilities Performs regular visits, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability. Builds relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations. To identify channel partners in unrepresented area of company's product segment To improve the business of existing channel partners as per the market share goals To conduct monthly business reviews with channel partners to ensure compliance and execution of business policies and practices To appoint retailers under distributors to ensure width & depth of distribution Perform regular visits to all channel partners Sharing Sales Calls plan on daily basis with the Manager and review the same at the end of the day. Making Business Plan and presenting the same. To device substantial Sales in the designated area for company profit Achieves the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as per targets assigned. Must be capable of closing business independently, although management team / corporate support is readily available. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management.
