Job description

Regional Sales Manager – (reporting to the COO).

PRODUCT TO BE SOLD: Advanced Laser Cutting & Welding Machines (3Axis, 5 Axis, Robotic etc).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Front-end, direct sales, including Identifying, Prospecting, Qualifying, and Closing deals and collecting payments - in their respective regions.
· Work involves travel within the respective territory.
· Candidates should have their own vehicles for local travel (expenses will be reimbursed).

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Selling, Negotiation, Communication, Presentation, Persuasion, Objectiveness, Problem Solving. The understanding of the laser cutting industry and of the manufacturing industry in general, will be an advantage.

LOCATION(S): Delhi, Indore, Chennai

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Business Management Degree / Diploma. Preferably with an Engineering / Technical background.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5-7 years in large value sales, preferably in Industrial products.

LANGUAGES KNOWN: English, Hindi and the local language(s).

REMUNERATION: Rs. 11-13 lakhs per annum (excluding incentives, travel and other reimbursements).
