Role Description

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, delivering product training, and managing sales activities within the assigned territory. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing product training
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in textiles and inkjet industry is a plus.
