Job description

Total years of required Experience: 4 to 6yrs Location: Bengaluru

Summary: As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the creation and development of high-quality learning content. You will be responsible for analyzing content requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring the effective execution of content development during the build phase.

Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers, senior managers, and consultants to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, and develop instructional materials that align with client goals. Support the design and development of engaging and effective learning content across multiple formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. Assist in the utilization of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences that promote learner engagement and retention. Contribute to the development of storyboards, scripts, and other instructional materials to guide the development of multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations. Collaborate with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and other members of the content development team to create and integrate multimedia elements into learning content. Conduct quality assurance reviews and usability testing to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning content, and assist in making recommendations for improvements as needed. Provide support to managers, senior managers, and consultants as needed, contributing to the successful execution of projects and achievement of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or related field. Experience of 5-8 years in f experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related fields or related field preferred Must To Have Skills: Learning Content Development, Good To Have Skills: Design Thinking

Additional Information: Previous experience or coursework in instructional design, e-learning development, or related field preferred. Strong interest in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems preferred
