Handling in Air & Sea Import shpt. Shipping line Coordination &, Overseas Coordination; maintain good relations with them. Co-ordination and follow up with local vendors and overseas agent. Coordination with origin counterpart through mail & phone on daily basis. Well versed in Import Documentation & Operation activities. Managed Pre-Shipment & Post Shipment documents and its related function. Coordinate with CHA & customer and ensure filling of BOE against shipment. Acquire a thorough understanding of agents, carriers routes, transit time and their services Responsible for the Pricing for both Sea Freight ,Air Freight imports Record keeping of entire import documentations. Deal immediately with each enquiry from sales team and revert in time with best buying rates to be quoted to sales. Ensure that rates/ quotations received from Overseas agent are complete in all aspects in line with the expectations of the customer Take Reviews & Feedback on quoted rates on regular basis. Make necessary changes in strategy in accordance to clients feedback Regular follow ups with sales team for business and volume projections. Understanding the market rates and doing best to fulfil managements expectation with regard to pricing Resolve any issues and problems faced by sales/CS team and deal with complaints to maintain trust and relations with agents Play an integral part in generating new business that will turn into long-lasting relationships with agents and assist Sales team in winning all RFQs. REQUIREMENTS FOR KAM:- Strong English communication (especially email) and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with personnel of all organizational level. Good Learning skills Knowledge of MS Office Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Minimum Qualification : Graduate (strong experienced 3-10 years in freight forwarding industry) Salary Budget Cost to Company: Best in the market Note: Candidate should be from the freight forwarding industry onlyJob tags
