Job description
Position Summary:Partner with Business Process Owners and Functional teams to define business requirements.Prepare the Technical Specification, build the code, review the code, prepare the Unit Test Cases and conduct technical research for an optimal solution. Participate to design and execute test plans to ensure business objectives are met.Perform SAP technical configuration, implementation and support in an S/4 HANA environment. Ensure adherence to quality standards and change processes.Develop business relationships and integrate activities with Stakeholders, IT groups and external partners to ensure successful implementation and support.Support SAP integration with peripheral systems.Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems as well as performing routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions such as correct system configuration defects, maintaining interfaces to SAP, fixing/enhancing WRICEFS where applicable.Learn and support PI, FIORI AppsInteract with business users and team members to understand problems, prioritize needs, collect requirements, and follow through on commitmentsCommunicate SAP capabilities to IT and business functionsCritical Competencies:Good Understanding of S/4HANA Technical Architecture with exposure to S/4HANA Finance, MM.Experience implementing Fiori Apps, UI Flexibility, Field Extensibility, Forms, Business Logic extensibility, Custom CDS view, Custom Analytical Queries, etc.HANA Modelling ( Creation of Information Models, Hierarchies) & HANA Objects creation using SQL Script (Stored Procedures and Calculation Views).Experience in SAP ERP applications programming using ABAP, ABAP OO and Data Dictionary.Good knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies (RFCs, BAPIs, ODATA, IDOCS, Cockpit, File).Hands on experience with programming with both custom development and customisation to existing processes using RFCs, BAPIs, ODATA, User Exits, routines, workflow, Smart Forms, Scripts, LSMW, ALV, BDC.A strong understanding of modern enhancement techniques using BADIs and/or the Enhancement Framework required.Experience in Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, Design Thinking, and prototyping tools are desirableExposure to EAI/B2B interfaces developed in SAP PI (formerly XI or Exchange Infrastructure) for interfaces, including mapping and IDOC processing.Ensure appropriate assessment of SAP OSS notes regarding relevance for ABAP Operations.Ability to work independently under limited supervision.4+ years of experience with designing, developing and supporting SAP Custom Objects (WRICEF)2+ years Experience implementing and/or supporting SAP S/4 HANA, exposure HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) would be plus.Bachelor in EngineeringS4 HANA ABAP (ref:hirist.tech)
